The Summit River lodge is just a 3 hour drive from Kathmandu enroute to Chitwan/Pokhara close to the village of Kurintar. It offers comfortable accommodation in a semi tropical environment away from the maddening crowd. Great service and food at a reasonable price. Love the swimming pool and a hike to the nearby waterfall is highly recommended. Been here some 6+ times and loved it every time.
