1.  How far is the resort from the parking area?

Our Lodge is half an hour walk away from the parking lot. Guests must cross the highway, and walk downhill for 5 minutes, cross the suspension bridge, and then we will have to walk about 30 mins to reach the lodge.

Our Lodge can provide airport shuttle service from Kathmandu to Kurintar. Additionally you can also hire this vehicle to do a tour around Pokhara and Chitwan. Our mother company is a Travel Agency that has specialized in Adventure Travel since the 1950’s so rest assured you will get a competitive rate for vehicle hire.

If you would like to take the Bus, do send us a Whatsapp message and we’re very happy to schedule a call with you as we know that public transport in Nepal can be a little bit tricky.

1.  What is your Family Policy like?

  • If your child is under 6 years old, there is no surcharge for the room and no food charge either.
  • If your child is between 7-12 years old there is a 100% charge for the food but no surcharge for the room.
  • If your child is above 12 years old, full charges will apply.

1.  Can I extend my check-out time?

We will have to look at the availability of the rooms and confirm at the lodge itself first/ if other customers haven’t booked yet then you can.

Check-in time – 2pm afternoon

3.  What happens when I cannot check in on the date of my confirmed reservation due to travel schedule changes or any other reason? Will there be charges for canceled bookings?

In the rare case that this happens, we can postpone your booking.

1.  Is parking available?

Yes, we have a gated parking facility right next to Ba Ba Dham Petrol Pump. This parking is safe and secure as it is a gated and manned by our security staff 24 hours a day. From the parking lot, our lodge is a half an hour walk away. Our gated parking is here: https://goo.gl/maps/ShNm6S5VX3z

If you have a driver in your group, we have 2 rooms available in the gated parking area. It is available on a first come, first served basis.

2.  Can we bring food from outside?

Our lodge has a strict policy to not accept food from outside.

3.  What kind of food do you serve?

We serve Chinese, Indian, Bhutanese, Nepali, Tibetan and Continental dishes. These are set meals that come with dessert as well as tea and coffee. We have a smaller menu due to our remote location, but rest assured, the items that we have available are delicious and considered food for the soul!

4.  What amenities do you have, and what services do you provide?

We have Wi-Fi, individual AC units in all rooms, en-suite bathrooms with showers, wood-fire sauna (available only in winter), restaurant.

1.  How do I book a room?

To book a room, please call us at our city office at 9801151166. We require prior booking due to our limited inventory of rooms. Additionally, we request for a 50% advance deposit, especially during the weekends which will be deducted from your staying costs post check-out of the room.
